All of our bollards and machine guards are fabricated from US made steel in our Livonia, Michigan facility. For the bollard, the base plate and tube are fabricated on our new  2KW state of the art hybrid fiber laser. After both parts are cut, they are robotically welded and then powder coated in safety yellow.

For the machine guard, the tube and base plates are cut on the fiber laser. The tube is then bent in our CNC Tube Bender. After this, the base plates are robotically welded to the bent tube and then powder coated in safety yellow.
